TAYLOR SWIFT FANS LEFT BAFFLED AS 'MEN SCALE WEMBLEY STADIUM ROOF' DURING ERAS TOUR

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium left fans baffled as men scaled the roof.

The pop sensation is in the midst of her three-night stint in London this month, with A-listers like Prince William, Mike Tindall, Tom Cruise, and Nicola Coughlan among the attendees. While the first night unfolded without a hitch, Saturday's show saw an alarming twist.

Allegedly, two individuals managed to climb the stadium's roof as Taylor serenaded 88,000 fans .However, a spokesperson for Wembley Stadium ensured the men were part of the stadium's staff and there was nothing for fans to be concerned about. They said: "No announcement was made and the men on the roof were our experienced pyrotechnic team preparing for the end of show fireworks."

Taking to X, the Wembley Stadium account wrote: "We can confirm the individuals on the roof of Saturday night's performance of Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour were pre-approved professionals as part of the pyrotechnic team, equipped with full safety equipment."

Sporting hard hats, the pair surveyed the scene below, prompting bewilderment among concertgoers. One social media user exclaimed: "Wembley Stadium is currently making announcement outside the stadium for those on the roof of the stadium to exit! " The incident has left fans perplexed and concerned, with tweets flooding in.

One fan questioned: "Hey @wembleystadium why are there 3 people on the roof during @taylorswift13 ....talk about unnerving!" Another expressed alarm over the breach: "It's actually hella concerning that security/police didn't catch them going up there.

"Are we sure these are paps and not police using the lenses for their ops? I am asking this genuinely as where I'm from, the roof is always monitored." And yet another stressed the gravity of the situation: "That's scary that people have been able to get up there.

"Hoping security takes care of them asap." A fan took to social media during the live stream of Taylor Swift's concert, asking: "Watching the internet stream of Taylor Swift. 21.50 the streamers showed the roof above them and there were at least 3 people standing on the roof?"

The 34-year-old has just completed a seven-show run across the UK. Earlier this month, she kicked off her UK tour in Edinburgh at the Murrayfield Stadium, followed by three shows in Liverpool at Anfield, and a single performance in Wales at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.

Swift is now set to take London by storm, with a final performance scheduled for tomorrow at Wembley Stadium as part of her three-hour-long Eras Tour. Fans can look forward to her return in August for an additional five performances at Wembley on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, and 20th.
